Delivery / Return

We ship worldwide with a few exceptions, full list of countries here:
  • We ship orders within 1-2 business days . During peak periods it may take up to 3-5 business days due to high order volume.

    Free delivery from 100 € of purchase in France

  • If you are not satisfied with your order, items can be returned within 14 days for an exchange or refund.

    * Earrings are neither returned nor exchanged for reasons of hygiene.*

    Please specify the reason why you wish to return or exchange your item(s). If an item is defective, please provide more details.

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to manage exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your product and wish to purchase another item, you must follow the returns process and place a new order online.

  • You must contact our customer service to change your shipping address. The shipping address can only be changed before the order is shipped. Unfortunately, you cannot update your shipping address yourself once the order has been placed. Currently, we can only change the shipping address in the country of delivery.

  • If your item is damaged or broken, you can always file a complaint. Please contact our customer service team hellorawarchives@gmail.com with a description and photos showing the damage. Always indicate your order number.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.

    ​Items must be sent with the carrier of your choice who nevertheless provides a tracking number that you are requested to communicate to us.

  • Unfortunately, we are unable to change orders once they are finalized. However, you can cancel your order and reorder with the correct items. Please contact our customer service at hellorawarchives@gmail.com with your order number.
